CHILLIE PANEER



Ingredients :


  •    Paneer                                ~       250 gms
  •    Onion (Piyaj)                       ~       4 nos. chopped
  •    Capsicum                            ~       1 no. chopped
  •    Garlic (Lasun)                     ~       20 flakes finely chopped
  •    Green chillie                        ~       5 nos. finely chopped
              (Kacha Lanka)

  •    Tomato Sauce                     ~       6 teaspoons
  •    Green Chillie Sauce            ~       3 teaspoons
  •    Soya Sauce                         ~       4 teaspoons
  •    Vinegar                                ~       2 teaspoons
  •    Cornflour                             ~       2 teaspoons
  •    Sugar                                  ~       ½  teaspoon
  •    Ajinamoto                            ~       1 pinch
  •    Salt                                     ~       to taste
  •    Refined Oil                         ~       As required



Method Of Preparation :
   

  •    Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the paneer and keep aside.
  •    In the remaining oil add garlic, green chillie, capsicum and onion and stirfry till light brown.
  •    Add approximately 150 ml of water and add tomato sauce, chillie sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and bring to boil.
  •    Add sugar and salt.
  •    Add the paneer, cover pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes in a low flame.
  •    Dissolve cornflour in ½ cup water and add to the mixture and cook for approximately for 2 to 3 minutes stirring continuously till a thick gravy is formed.
  •    Switch off the flame and add ajinamoto and stir.


  • Your CHILLIE PANEER is ready to be served
